We spent New Year's Eve out in Maroa, IL hanging out with friends from college. Between three of us we have 10 kids and more on the way! Eric and Gina have three, Bart and Janell have four and Heather and I have three. Quite amazing how fast things change. Our older boys had fun sleeping in the Hodel's "Illini" room and all the kids had a blast playing together. We enjoyed a visit by Doug and Kary and their two kids to ring in the New Year and Bart, Eric and I got to meet another good friend, Aaron, for breakfast on Thursday morning. In the afternoon, we took some of the boys out to shoot the BB gun and check out the Hodels' sheep. It was a fun way to ring in the new year!
